Since posting this yesterday eveing, this video has been emailed to me 3 times from 3 different states.

This is a huge story here in the UK. Is inspirational and a lesson for all of us to not be so quick in judging people based on appearance...but sometimes is hard not to. There are times that appearance does say something about the person. For instance, someone that doesn't bother to be well-kept for work or school could come across as lazy (doesn't make the effort). Anyways, I think we'll be hearing a lot more about Susan over the next few weeks.
